CORE-INFO: Oral Injuries and Bites on Children

Oral Injuries And Bites On Children summarises what is currently known about oral injuries and human bites in relation to child abuse. The information will be of interest to dental care professionals, paediatricians, and Accident and Emergency (A&E) staff.

It will also be relevant to nursery nurses, health visitors, school nurses, teachers, legal practitioners, social workers and the police.

Oral Injuries And Bites On Children is part of a series of information leaflets on aspects of physical child abuse based on a collaborative project by the NSPCC and the Welsh Child Protection Systematic Review Group (CORE-INFO) at the Department of Child Health, Cardiff University.
